Day 1
Whitehorse

Welcome to Whitehorse, the True North of Canada. Welcome to the capital of Yukon. Your travel guide will meet you at the airport and bring you to your hotel.

Day 2
Whitehorse

On your first day in Northern Canada, you will explore Whitehorse on a city tour. Among other sights, you will visit the historic paddle steamer “SS Klondike” and Miles Canyon, a part of young Yukon River. You will pay a visit to Yukon Wildlife Preserve and enjoy a hike and marvel at the native animals such as elks, deer, bison, thin horn sheep, mountain goats, polar foxes, caribou and many other species. You will finish the day with a relaxing time at Takhini Hot Springs.

Day 3
Whitehorse - Haines Junction /Kluane National Park

Today, you will take Alaska Highway westwards to Kluane National Park, which is home to the world’s largest non-polar ice field. Upon arrival in Haines Junction, you'll visit the visitor centre which will provide you with information on the flora and fauna, glaciers, and the countless animal species living in the park. In the afternoon, you will visit Kluane Lake before finishing the day Haines Junction.

Day 4
Haines Junction - Haines (Alaska)

The day will be devoted to one of the world’s most beautiful panoramic road, Haines Road. Because of the beautiful landscape, you will make quite a lot of stops along the route including the Million Dollar Falls. Once in Haines, you will check into your hotel and prepare for your first attempt to spot grizzlies fishing for salmon.

Day 5
Haines (Alaska)

This morning, you will start early to ensure the best chances of seeing grizzlies enjoying their breakfast. You
will spend most of the day on and around various observation points to spot bears or bald eagles.

Day 6
Haines (Alaska)

Today, you will devote another day to watch bears and wildlife. If desired, there is also an option to go on a day trip to Juneau (extra cost).

Day 7
Haines (Alaska) - Whitehorse

Today, you will bid farewell to Haines as you travel toSkagway by ferry, then back to Whitehorse on South Klondike Highway. On your way back to Yukon’s capital, you will pass by several highlights, such as White Pass, Carcross Desert - the world’s smallest desert, the famous turquoise Emerald Lake and other scenic locations.

Day 8
Whitehorse

This morning, you will check out of the hotel. End of tour.
