After breakfast at your hotel, your day begins with a morning excursion to a cheese factory and learn about Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. Continuing onto a family-owned farmhouse where you will learn all about making Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. From here you’re taken off the beaten path to a prosciutto factory. Meet a family, that, for over three generations, has been committed to making one of the world’s most delicious pork products before returning to Bologna.
Breakfast at your hotel. Make your way to your cooking school where you will learn to make Italian pasta and the relating sauces in a fully equipped professional kitchen. All the classes are hands-on. A yummy meal based on the fresh made pasta made during the class will be served accompanied by local wine, in the relaxing atmosphere of the farmhouse.
