Make your way through a coastal path that winds along craggy cliffs and coasts, past pine forests and terraced vineyards. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and stop by each colourful village you find along the route for sightseeing and amazing dining experiences. Explore the lovely beach in Monterosso, see the medieval castle and lookout tower perched on Vernazza, bask in the glowing aura of Riomaggiore, and take a boat ride to visit a small island opposite Portovenere. Travel to the gorgeous port city of La Spezia to complete your memorable journey.

This tour departs daily  from Levanto and ends in La Spezia.

Day 1

The tour starts in the charming coastal resort of Levanto.

Day 2
Levanto – Monterosso

The first walk follows a superb coastal path, through woods and scented scrub with breathtaking views of the gulf and the five villages of Cinque Terre (3 hours).

Day 3 - 4
Monterosso - Vernazza - Riomaggiore

Walk along the Sentiero Azzuro, a celebrated path that links the five villages, weaving along cliff tops, offering spectacular views (2.5-3 hours each day).

Day 5
Riomaggiore - Portovenere

Walk above the eastern part of the gulf to Portovenere (5 hours).

Day 6

Short ferry boat ride and an easy walk around a nearby island (3 hours).

Day 7
Portovenere - La Spezia

After breakfast, transfer to La Spezia.
