Stay in a beautiful villa, learn how to cook authentic Italian dishes and explore the historic towns and villages of the region. Explore Santa Maria di Leuca, a charming town that sits on the southernmost tip of the Salento Peninsula, where the Ionian and Adriatic Seas meet. Discover the magnificent Baroque buildings and cathedrals in Lecce. Visit the beautiful old town of Gallipoli. During your cooking lessons, learn how to create local specialties such as orecchiette (an ear-shaped pasta), seafood risotto and burrata.

Meet your group at Brindisi Airport for your transfer to the villa. Enjoy welcome drinks and time to relax before dinner prepared by our local chef.
After breakfast, you will have your first cookery lesson with our local chef Antonio, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit Santa Maria di Leuca, at the very tip of the Salentine Peninsula where the Ionian and Adriatic Seas meet. Enjoy an aperitivo and dinner in our favourite local trattoria.
After breakfast, enjoy another hands-on cookery lesson followed by lunch. Afternoon is free to relax by the swimming pool or take a cycle ride to a nearby village. Dinner at the villa.
Today, enjoy shopping and sightseeing in Lecce, the ‘Florence of the South. Lunch is at a local trattoria. Drive to Otranto situated by the sea, and visit the famous cathedral. Return late afternoon for dinner.
This morning, another cooking lesson followed by lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a private wine tasting at a local winery. Dinner at the villa tonight.
This morning, time for another cookery lesson in the kitchen, enjoying your dishes for lunch. You will then have a late afternoon visit to Gallipoli, on the Ionic sea, where you can watch the fishing boats arrive and wander around the old town. Dinner will be at an excellent local fish restaurant.
Enjoy your final cookery lesson this morning and then lunch. The afternoon is free to relax by the pool or in the grounds of the villa. A special farewell dinner will be prepared for you by your chef.
After breakfast, your transfer will collect you and return you to the Airport for your continued journey.
