Sicilian cuisine features traces of different cultures that have influenced the island over the years including Greek, Arab, French and Spanish. Stay in a charming 19th century farmhouse and learn how to cook authentic and local dishes with a local chef. Create regional specialties such as spaghetti con le sarde (pasta with sardines and anchovies) and pasta con le sarde e finnochio (pasta with sardines and fennel). Sicily is also known for its famous desserts and pastries such as cassata, a sponge cake moistened with fruit juices and layered with ricotta cheese and candied fruits, cannoli, a tube-shaped fried pastry dough filled with ricotta cheese and granita, a semi-frozen dessert made from sugar, and various flavourings.

The group transfer will meet you at Catania Airport and take you to the villa where you can enjoy welcome drinks and dinner prepared by our local chef.
After breakfast, your first cookery lesson with our local chef, followed by lunch. You are free in the afternoon to relax at the beautiful Villa Aragonese. Dinner is served at the villa.
Today, you will visit a local winery and enjoy a private tour, wine tasting, followed by lunch. In the late afternoon, take part in your second hands-on cookery lesson followed by dinner.
Visit the coastal town of Siracusa and take a wander through its ancient streets. You and your fellow guests will have lunch at a local trattoria. Next, travel to Noto to taste the local ice cream at a traditional gelateria. Tonight’s dinner will be at Villa Aragonese.
After breakfast, enjoy another cookery lesson and lunch at the villa. This afternoon is free to relax by the pool. Dinner this evening is at the villa.
This morning, enjoy another cookery lesson this morning before heading to Modica to taste its famous chocolate. The afternoon will be spent exploring the stunning town of Ragusa and have an evening meal at our favourite local restaurant.
Following breakfast, enjoy your final cookery lesson and then lunch. You will be free to relax for the afternoon at the villa. In the evening, the chef will prepare your farewell meal at the villa.
Tour ends after breakfast with a group transfer back to the airport at the dedicated time.
