Entire Travel Group COVID-19 POLICY


Entire Travel Group is an Australian family owned and operated travel provider based in Sydney. In 2019 we were awarded the “Best Specialty Wholesaler” at the National Travel Industry Awards.

We spend a great deal of time visiting our suppliers around the world, developing and creating memorable holiday experiences. We love what we do, and our team is here to ensure we continue to create those memories when the time is right.

This is an unprecedented time for the travel industry - we are conscious of working with our suppliers to provide flexible solutions for our customers, while at the same time we must ensure our sustainability now and into the future.

Why do we charge an Administration Fee?

Entire Travel Group is not a tour operator, coach operator, cruise operator, transport operator or accommodation provider – meaning we do not deliver the service. We act as a booking agent only, working with hundreds of suppliers across our destinations to assemble multiple moving parts and deliver the itineraries we provide. When a deposit is received on a booking, our specialist consultants work with our suppliers to confirm all arrangements on behalf of our customers. The non-refundable deposit exists to ensure we are paid for our work should bookings be cancelled.

At the outbreak of COVID-19, we had thousands of bookings for which all the arrangements had been made and only deposits received. The administration fee covers the previous work done, our time now to cancel all the services with our suppliers, and finally our time in the future to recreate your travel experience. We believe this is fair and we do greatly appreciate your support. 


7 August 2020 Update

As the COVID-19 impact on international travel has continued to develop we have updated our policy accordingly. Below are the changes and our team remain available to discuss any specific questions on a booking. Please understand that we have hundreds of suppliers across the world, and due to their own policies (and/or government regulations) we may be unable to fully achieve this updated timeline. We are in regular contact with these suppliers and our team will advise of specific restrictions directly to the travel agent and/or client.


Bookings with More Than $600 Deposits

If you have paid Entire Travel Group more than our minimum deposit, please contact your travel agent who can liaise with us regarding the options available.

Bookings With Only Deposits Paid up to $600

Standard Terms & Conditions

- Clients have the option to accept loss of deposit on their Existing Booking as per our standard terms and conditions.


OR, for Bookings that are scheduled to depart before 31 December 2020 the following

Flexi-Options are available:


Flexi-Option 1 - Travel anytime up to 31 October 2021 

Now travel until end of 2022

- Transfer to an Alternative Reservation

- $150 administration fee applies per booking

- Alternative Reservation must depart prior to 31 October 2021

- Must be booked and paid in full with Entire Travel Group by 31 Dec 2020

Book and pay in full by 30 June 2021, travel until 31 December 2022*

*Subject to any specific supplier restrictions, our team will advise ASAP


Flexi-Option 2- Travel in 2021

Now travel until end of 2022

- Transfer to an Alternative Reservation and receive a 5% discount

- $400 administration fee applies per booking

- Alternative Reservation must depart prior to 31 October 2021

- Must be booked and paid in full with Entire Travel Group by 31 Dec 2020 

Book and pay in full by 30 June 2021, travel until 31 December 2022*

Important Information for Consumers from the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA)

                       

General Conditions

Entire Travel Group must charge all supplier fees and/or non-refundable services that apply on the Existing Booking. These fees are beyond our control and vary by booking.

• Where an Existing Booking is cancelled as a result of COVID19 spread or its consequences, the customer/agent must no later than 7 days from the date of cancellation of the Existing Booking, notify Entire Travel Group in writing whether it elects to accept the loss of deposit on the Existing Booking or which option above is preferred. If the client fails to notify its election as provided in this clause, it will be deemed to have elected to accept the loss of deposit on the Existing Booking.

• If the Alternative Reservation is not booked by the relevant deadline then 100% cancellation penalties apply to the remaining funds.

• The Alternative Reservation is subject to availability and updated prices; we encourage you to make the arrangements as soon as possible.

• Booking an Alternative Reservation implies the client understands and accepts these updated Booking Conditions.

• There will be no refund of any unused portion on the Existing Booking when arranging the Alternative Reservation.

• The Alternative Reservation can be to any other destination offered by Entire Travel GroupVisit here                                         

• Should the Alternative Reservation be cancelled 100% cancellation fees apply.

• Only one Alternative Reservation may be made under this policy update.
