Visit the island of Gozo to see the Megalithic temples of Ggantija and then return to Marsaxlokk where you’re given ample time to browse through the stalls, landscapes, and savouries of this gorgeous seafood lover’s paradise.

Day 1

Arrive in Malta airport and private transfer to your hotel.

Day 2

After breakfast, enjoy a Tour of “The Other Malta from a Palazzo to Wine Cellars”. This is a very special tour, combining Malta’s foremost aristocratic palace with 400-year-old wine cellars where Malta’s premium wines are allowed to mature. Palazzo Parisio has been justly described as ‘a miniature Versailles’.

Day 3

After breakfast, enjoy a full day tour of Hagar Qim Temple, Limestone Heritage and Market. The tour starts with a visit to one of Malta’s oldest quarries. From Hafar Qim you will proceed to Wied iz-Zurrieq where you can take a boat trip to the Blue Grotto, renowned for its crystal-clear waters. After lunch, we drive towards the idyllic fishing village of Marsaxlokk.

Day 4

After a short 20-minute ferry crossing, you will reach Mgarr harbour, which immediately sets the pace to Gozo’s unique atmosphere. Your guide will lead you around the Megalithic temples of Ggantija, the oldest free-standing monuments in the world, re-dating the Pyramids of Egypt.

Day 5

The idyllic fishing village of Marsaxlokk with its colourful luzzus and unique character make the unrivalled setting for the local market. This is the perfect place to spend a Sunday morning, where you can rub your shoulders with the locals as you browse through the various stalls.

Day 6

After breakfast, transfer to the airport. End of tour.
