Day 1

Queenstown

After your flight has landed, collect your luggage, and make your way to the Hertz car depot to collect your car hire. Hertz car hire in a Toyota Rav4 or similar including Airport fee and Prebooked snow chains.

The remainder of the day is free to explore and we suggest you collect your Ski pass from the Snow Centre.

Day 2-3

Queenstown → Coronet Peak or The Remarkables → Queenstown

Its time to hit the snow! The Intro to Snow package allows you to experience your first days on skis or a snowboard in a stress-free, group learning environment.

Spend the next 2 days learning the ropes at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables.

Intro to Snow package:

Equipment rental – on mountain collection, option of recreational skis, boots & poles or snowboard & boots.

Day 4

Queenstown

Time for a well-deserved break and chance to experience the other adventures of Queenstown. This morning we have included a trip up the gondola to the top of Bobs Peak, grab a coffee and enjoy the views before doing a couple of luge rides.

In the afternoon you will kick back, relax, and enjoy your surroundings in cedar hot tub at Onsen hot pools.

Day 5-6

Queenstown → Coronet Peak or The Remarkables → Queenstown

Put into practice all you have learnt on your first 2 days. You lift pass will give you access to the whole ski resorts so its time to explore the mountain with your new found skills.

Day 7

Queenstown

In the afternoon, this half day wine and food experience delivers an unforgettable taste of Central Otago’s wine region, showcasing its superb local produce. Your winery lunch consists of several tasting dishes each perfectly matched by the Chief Winemaker and Head Chef, using estate wines and fresh local produce.

Enjoy wine tasting and presentations at 3 wineries, generally visiting one larger well-known winery and two boutique style wineries. An underground wine cave tour & tastings gives you inside information about our great wines and the Central Otago wine industry.
