Meet your driver at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.
Following breakfast, you will join a tapas walking tour with an experience native Madrilian. Learn the history and culture of Madrid as you visit 4-5 emblematic venues and enjoy drinks and authentic tapas at each stop, with enough food for lunch. You will have the afternoon at leisure to continue discovering the city at your own pace.
Today, you will learn how to cook Paella, Tortilla, Sangria, and more. At the beginning of the tour, you will visit the food stalls at Torrijos Market (Mercado de Torrijos), where the chefs will give you plenty of tips on picking local, seasonal products. You will let return to the kitchen to start cooking dishes like Paella, Spanish omelet (Tortilla), Andalusian salad, Sangria, all while enjoying and learning about Spanish cuisine. You will enjoy all the meals you have cooked today for lunch. Before leaving, your instructor will give you a recipe card so that you can re-create the food yourself at home to impress friends and family. You will have the remainder of the day at leisure.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will transfer to the airport. End of tour.
