Day 1
Zürich – St. Gallen

Rail transfer from Zürich airport to St. Gallen and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2

Today, you’ll head to the smallest Swiss canton and discover breath taking scenery. Transfer from St. Gallen to Rorschach, where you will take the RorschachHeiden train up to the Biedermeier village of Heiden. Afterwards, take the Post Bus or hike the “Witzweg” joke trail to Walzenhausen. Here, a cog railway awaits you - it will take you down to Rheineck where a ship will take you on a leisurely cruise back to Rorschach.

Day 3
Vaduz (Principality of Liechtenstein)

After breakfast, journey to the Principality of Liechtenstein, one of the smallest and wealthiest countries in the world that's still governed by its Monarch. Discover Vaduz with the city train tour which offers the ability to reach all the important sites easily. Return to St. Gallen in the late afternoon.

Day 4
St. Gallen - Lucerne (Pre-Alpine Express)

Following breakfast, you'll board the Pre-Alpine Express and travel to Lucerne. Upon your arrival in Lucerne, take a short walk to your hotel.

Day 5

Today, you will enjoy a guided city tour of Lucerne followed by a vintage paddle steamer lunch cruise on Lake Lucerne.

Lucerne - Mount Pilatus

Take a cruise and ride the world’s steepest cogwheel railway to Pilatus Kulm (2,132m). Tonight, you’ll enjoy an overnight stay on the mountain. Dinner awaits in the Victoria Dining Room.

Mount Pilatus - Wengen

Descend on the other side by cable car and gondola and journey to the village of Wengen.
