Hop on board a train in Zürich and travel to the car-free town of Chur, the capital of the Graubünden canton in eastern Switzerland. At your own pace, discover the highlights of city including the cathedral and some local museums. Hike to the Rhine river, visiting restaurants along the way to sample delicious specialties. Follow the stream of Plessur, walk on the Calanda mountainside, and catch sight of the charming little stream of Mühlebach. Return to Zürich via rail transfer to finish the tour.

Upon arrival, take the rail transfer to Chur and make your own way to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a pleasant hiking tour to the nearby Rhine river, combined with a tasty 3-course menu in three different restaurants along the route. The tour starts at the Chur train station and will follow the local stream called Plessur, which later on flows into the Rhine. Along the tree-covered riverside of the Rhine, you walk at the foot of the impressive Calanda mountain. On the way back into the city, you will meet the small stream of the Mühlebach and pass by the 1'200 m2 large sculpture park at the Forum Würth, where you can see artworks of famous artists like Jean Tinguely.
After breakfast at your hotel, check out and take your rail transfer to Zürich airport where you tour ends.
