Day 1
Zürich - St Gallen

Upon arrival, transfer via rail from Zürich Airport to St. Gallen and make your way to the hotel.
 

Day 2
St. Gallen and Cheese Dairy

After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll go on a self-guided audio city tour. Learn everything about one of the oldest towns in Switzerland and its captivating history while walking past all the important sights. Once you have finished your self guided tour visit the UNESCO protected Abbey Library of St. Gallen, one of the oldest libraries in the world. It is famous for its unique Baroque hall. In the afternoon it is time to discover an important part of Swiss culture: the cheese. Visit the Appenzell Show Dairy by taking the bus from St. Gallen train station to Stein AR, Post and learn everything you ever wanted to know about Swiss cheese and its production. Local suggestion: Try the local OLMA-Bratwurst with roesti, a regional meat treat for fans of traditional Suisse cuisine.
