Canada Travel, powered by Entire Travel Group, in partnership with Air Canada and Destination British Columbia, is rewarding travel agents with the chance to join an exclusive Canada famil trip travelling in October 2026. 

This fully hosted famil will give you firsthand insight into British Columbia, from its dramatic coastlines and ancient rainforests to its iconic mountain landscapes, all while experiencing the comfort of flying with Air Canada from Australia to Vancouver. 

To be eligible, agents must make a British Columbia booking during the incentive period, 1 April to 31 August 2026.

Terms and Conditions:

The Canada Famil Trip incentive is open to Australian retail travel agents who create and deposit British Columbia bookings with Canada Travel from 1 April 2026 to 31 August 2026.

Agents who make a British Columbia booking with a minimum stay of 3 nights during the incentive period will be placed into the draw to secure a place on the famil.

British Columbia sales will be recognised through Entire Travel Group, and Air Canada sales will be recognised through the agent’s regular booking method.

Cancellations or downgraded bookings may impact qualification.

The trip consists of one place on an exclusive fully hosted British Columbia famil, scheduled to travel in October 2026, and includes:

• Return Economy Class airfares to Vancouver with Air Canada

• A 7-night British Columbia, Rainforest to Rockies itinerary

The famil is scheduled to depart Australia on 14 October 2026 and return on 21 October 2026, ex SYD/BNE.

The famil trip will be hosted by Canada Travel, in partnership with Destination British Columbia and Air Canada.

A total of 10 seats are available: 8 agents and 2 hosts (Air Canada & Entire Travel Group).

A non refundable participation fee of AUD $1,500 per person, plus applicable airline taxes, is payable by each selected participant.

This fee must be paid by the date specified at the time of winner notification.

Failure to pay by the due date may result in forfeiture of the trip.

Full itinerary details, including accommodation, meals, activities and inclusions, will be confirmed and provided closer to departure and are subject to partner availability and operational considerations.

The famil trip is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be taken as offered. All accommodation included in the prize is based on twin-share arrangements. Travel companions are not permitted unless explicitly stated. Participants must hold a valid passport, meet airline and supplier travel requirements, and arrange their own travel insurance.

Canada Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the incentive, itinerary or travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to supplier availability, airline schedule changes or force majeure events.

By participating in this incentive, agents agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that participation in famil activities may involve promotional, training and marketing obligations (promotional videos) during travel.
