The Tahiti Famil Trip incentive is open to Australian retail travel agents who create and deposit eligible Tahiti bookings with Tahiti Travel from 1 March 2026 to 30 November 2026.

The incentive is awarded to top performing agents based on total confirmed Tahiti sales, including Air Tahiti Nui airfares, as determined by Tahiti Travel powered by Entire Travel Group.

Bookings must be fully created, confirmed and ticketed within the promotional period to be considered eligible.

Cancellations or downgraded bookings may impact final qualification.

The prize consists of one place on an exclusive Tahiti famil trip, scheduled to travel in January 2027, and includes:

• Return Economy Class airfares to Tahiti flying direct for the first time,

• A 6-night stay in the Islands of Tahiti,

• Participation in a fully hosted famil experience.

The famil trip will be hosted by Tahiti Travel (powered by Entire Travel Group) and Tahiti Tourisme, in partnership with airline and land suppliers.

A non-refundable participation fee of AUD $1,000 per person, plus applicable airline taxes, is payable by each selected participant.

This fee must be paid by the date specified at the time of winner notification. Failure to pay by the due date may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Full itinerary details, including accommodation, meals, inter island travel, activities and inclusions, will be confirmed and provided closer to departure and are subject to partner availability and operational considerations.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be taken as offered. All accommodation included in the prize is based on twin-share arrangements. Travel companions are not permitted unless explicitly stated. Participants must hold a valid passport, meet airline and supplier travel requirements, and arrange their own travel insurance.

Tahiti Travel, powered by Entire Travel Group, reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the incentive, itinerary or travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to supplier availability, airline schedule changes or force majeure events.

By participating in this incentive, agents agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that participation in famil activities may involve promotional, training and marketing obligations (promotional videos) during travel.
