Travel & Product Advisor

The Travel & Product Advisor role will primarily focus on selling and booking dream holiday packages for our clients. This includes determining clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel packages, organizing travel from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, and transportation, supplying clients with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.

Due to the cyclical nature of travel sales, there will be times where you will also be required to assist the product team with tasks to ensure the quality of our holiday packages on our website.

Key Responsibilities


  • Use product and destination knowledge to sell our holiday packages to both travel agents and direct clients 
  • Handle inbound enquires from phone, web and email 
  • Offer clients an adequate choice of options, to make their dreams a reality 
  • Follow up on client requests and quotes 
  • Facilitate bookings and confirmations 
  • Liaise with our network of suppliers to confirm travel arrangements for our clients 
  • Prepare and issue invoices / collect payments and maintain records of transactions 
  • Advise customers of travel regulations, visas and local customs 
  • Promote Entire Travel Group which from time to time may include attending expos and events 
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email, or video conference 


  • Assist product team with the maintenance of our Entire Travel Group holiday packages on the website 
  • Liaise with suppliers to design and develop further holiday packages for the website 
  • Quality assurance, for example, checking details of packages on the website

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for the travel industry
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Travel Industry
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Work independently as well as being a team player
