How we collect information

We may collect your information directly from you or from someone acting on your behalf, including a travel adviser, travelling companion, family member or group organiser.

Who we may share it with

To provide travel services, we may disclose relevant personal information to travel advisers and travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail operators, tour operators, destination management companies, ground handlers, insurers, payment providers and other service providers.

Overseas recipients

Recipients may be located outside Australia, including in countries connected with your itinerary or where relevant suppliers or service providers operate.

Information about other travellers

If you provide information about another traveller, you should be authorised to provide it and should ensure that the traveller is aware that their information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sensitive information

Some information, including health, mobility, dietary or other special-assistance information, may be sensitive information. Please provide this information only where it is relevant to the travel services requested.

If information is not provided

If we cannot obtain information reasonably necessary for your enquiry or booking, we may not be able to provide an accurate quotation, make or service the booking, or arrange a requested service.
