We’re delighted to let you know that our systems have been restored and we are fully operational.

Thank you for your patience as we’ve worked through this restoration. The outage was caused by a system issue that was experienced by our third-party IT service provider. While the disruption was beyond our control, our whole team recognises the impact it had on you and your clients. We sincerely appreciate the support, encouragement and understanding we received throughout this challenging period.
