Day 2 Catania Siracusa Catania
After breakfast, depart for Syracuse, one of the most powerful cities of the ancient Greek world and today a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the impressive Archaeological Park of Neapolis, including The Greek Theatre, The Roman Amphitheatre, The Ear of Dionysius, The Latomia del Paradiso.
Continue to Ortygia Island, the enchanting historical centre of Syracuse. It is a maze of elegant Baroque palaces, hidden courtyards, and piazzas facing the sea. Highlights include: The magnificent Cathedral built upon the ancient Temple of Athena, The Fountain of Arethusa, The Temple of Apollo. Enjoy a curated street-food lunch, tasting some of Sicily's most beloved local specialties.
In the afternoon, free time at disposal in Ortygia. Return to Catania. Evening at leisure.

Day 3 Taormina Mt Etna Taormina Catania
After breakfast, travel to Mount Etna, Europe's highest and most active volcano. Journey through spectacular volcanic landscapes of black lava fields, vineyards and ancient forests to reach approximately 1,800 metres above sea level. Visit the Silvestri Craters and admire breathtaking views stretching from the volcano to the Ionian coastline. Continue to one of Etna's most prestigious wineries, where volcanic soils produce some of Italy's most acclaimed wines. Enjoy a winery tour, a guided tasting of Etna DOC wines and a selection of local cheeses, cured meats and traditional delicacies.
In the afternoon, continue to Taormina, Sicily's most elegant resort town, known as the "Pearl of the Ionian Sea." Enjoy free time to explore Corso Umberto, visit artisan boutiques, admire panoramic terraces.
Return to Catania. Dinner at leisure.

Day 4 Catania Piazza Armerina Agrigento
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Piazza Armerina. Visit the extraordinary Villa Romana del Casale, one of the finest Roman villas ever discovered and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its remarkable mosaics, among the best preserved in the world, vividly depict mythological scenes, hunting expeditions and daily life in Ancient Rome.
Free time for lunch and continue to Agrigento. Visit the legendary Valley of the Temples, considered one of the greatest archaeological sites in the Mediterranean. Walking among the golden temples at sunset offers one of Sicily's most unforgettable experiences. Highlights include The Temple of Concordia, Temple of Juno, Temple of Hercules.

Day 5 Agrigento Sciacca Monreale Palermo
After breakfast, depart to Sciacca. Far from mass tourism, this charming fishing town reveals an authentic side of Sicily. Experience an immersive sensory journey through local traditions: visit a coral artisan workshop, meet local craftsmen, discover centuries-old artistic techniques and explore the historic centre. Enjoy a tasting of local delicacies while interacting with local producers. Free time for lunch.
Continue to Monreale. Visit the spectacular Cathedral of Monreale, often regarded as the crowning masterpiece of Norman Sicily. Its glittering Byzantine mosaics cover over 6,000 square metres and rank among the most impressive artistic achievements in Europe. Proceed to Palermo.

Breakfast at the hotel. Discover Palermo, a fascinating city where Arab, Norman, Byzantine and Spanish influences coexist. Walking tour including Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, Piazza Bellini, Palermo Cathedral, historic city centre. Visit one of Palermo's legendary open-air markets, where colours, aromas and voices create an unforgettable atmosphere. Enjoy a tasting of the iconic Sicilian arancina.
Optional Excursion to Cefalù: Visit one of Sicily's most picturesque seaside towns. Highlights include Medieval historic centre, Arab-Norman Cathedral, Ancient washhouse, charming waterfront promenade.
Return to Palermo.

Day 7 Palermo Erice Marsala Palermo
After breakfast, depart for Erice, one of Sicily's most enchanting medieval hilltop towns. Stroll through its charming, cobbled streets, admire the beautifully preserved historic centre, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the western Sicilian coastline. The town's timeless atmosphere, ancient churches, and traditional artisan shops make it a truly memorable destination.
Continue to Marsala, famous worldwide for its fortified wine and maritime heritage. Visit a prestigious winery and enjoy a guided cellar tour, a wine tasting, and a light Sicilian lunch. In the afternoon, discover the magical landscape of the Stagnone Lagoon. Walk among the historic salt pans, where sea salt has been harvested for centuries. Admire one of Sicily's most iconic landscapes, especially spectacular in the golden afternoon light.

Day 8 Palermo Milazzo Lipari
After buffet breakfast, departure to Milazzo. Boarding at the port of Milazzo for Lipari by hydrofoil.
Arrival on the island of Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian archipelago. Transfer to the hotel and free time to visit the delightful village of Lipari.
Lunch on your own; in the afternoon, taxi tour of the island of Lipari.

Day 9 Lipari Panarea & Stromboli Lipari
After a buffet breakfast, morning at disposal and lunch at your own.
Late in the morning departure by boat to Panarea and Stromboli. First stop in Panarea where it will be possible to visit the small village with a pleasant walk along the streets among the white Aeolian-style houses. Then continue with the boat to Stromboli, the island, defined as the wildest island because it seems to preserve its bond with nature and with the volcano, called by the locals "Iddu"; free tme to visit.
Once back on the boat, you will continue until you reach the "Sciara del fuoco", a ridge of the crater from where the lava descends. From the boat it will also be possible to witness the evocative eruptions of the volcano that follow one another with intervals of about fifteen minutes.
Return to Lipari in the evening.

Day 10 Lipari Salina Lipari
After a buffet breakfast in hotel, departure by boat to Salina. After a stop in the centre of S. Marina, continue by boat to circumnavigate the island, swim in Pollara, the beach of the famous film "Il Postino". Free time for lunch.
Continue to Lingua where there is a Salt Lake from where salt was extracted in ancient times (hence the name of the island).
Return to Lipari in the afternoon. Free time at disposal for shopping and dinner.

Day 11 Lipari Milazzo Catania
After breakfast, transfer to the port of Lipari, and boarding on the hydrofoil for Milazzo. Transfer to Catania, arrival at the hotel and accommodation. Lunch and dinner on your own; afternoon at your disposal in Catania.
