Upon arrival at the La Dolce Vita Orient Express Lounge, guests are warmly welcomed by the Guest Relations Team, available to provide assistance.
At the time of embarkation, a personal conductor escorts passengers to their private cabins. Shortly thereafter, the train departs from Rome Ostiense Station, marking the beginning of an unforgettable journey.
Lunch is served in the Restaurant Car, where a fine dining menu by Chef Heinz Beck is enjoyed alongside panoramic views of the passing landscape. The maître d’ confirms individual dining times.
During the afternoon, passengers may relax in their cabins or enjoy signature cocktails in the Bar Car. A selection of premium teas is available, accompanied by a variety of classic board games.
As the train nears the Montalcino vineyards, preparations for disembarkation begin.
Upon arrival at Sant’Angelo station, guests are greeted by local representatives and transferred by minivan to the scenic region of Montalcino. Time in Montalcino may be spent enjoying curated Off-board experiences* or exploring at leisure.
Later in the day, the journey continues with re-embarkation at Sant’Angelo station.
Dinner is served in the Restaurant Car—an exceptional culinary experience created by Chef Heinz Beck. The maître d’ confirms individual seating times. The evening concludes with live music entertainment in the Bar Car.
