Arrival at Milan Malpensa International Airport and collect your car and transfer to your Hotel in Como Lake. Check-in to your accommodation and rest of the day is at leisure.

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Milan. Morning private guided tour of Milan, the capital of fashion and business. Discover the Duomo Cathedral,which is a striking example of Gothic art and the largest Cathedral in Italy, the Scala Theatre, Castello Sforzesco and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery.

In the afternoon take in the vibrant atmosphere of the world’s capital of fashion, take the shopping route through some of the most exclusive shops: from Gucci to Bally, from Prada to Alberta Ferretti, Versace and more. Back to Lake Como.

After breakfast, discover the Lake. Our tour takes you along the splendid coastal panorama soffered by Italy’s beautiful northern lake. First stop in Lecco to explore on your own its historic center that extends parallel to the shore of the Lake Como offering 19th-century architectures. Then, take the winding roads that runs along the lake side lead to reach Bellagio. The village is made of several different hamlets and walking around you'll enjoy beautiful views and cozy atmosphere. Lunch on your own and then, meet our expert Tour leader in the afternoon who will walk you through the pearls of the lake. At the end of the visit,  take part in a beautiful boat tour  to discover Como’s unforgettable landscapes and magnificent views as far up as Varenna, known as the diamond of Lake Como. Enjoy some free time to visit the town and then, a private transfer will take you to the Vezio Castle, where you will relive the medieval charm of its past and admire a full view of Lake Como from the beautiful terrace of the olive trees. Here you can relax and enjoy a fantastic aperitif with a superb view! Then, return to your hotel.

Breakfast, check out and departure to Italy’s biggest lake, Garda and the peninsular village of Sirmione. Do not miss enroute-stop at the famous vineyards area of Franciacorta, famous for their superb dry sparkling prosecco. Visit the Cantine Berlucchi, where the famous Prosecco has been produced since 1961. Take time out for lunch then, drive to Sirmione, known also as the pearl of the lake and relax at their natural thermal hot springs.

Morning departure to Bardolino to visit a traditional cellar that produces high-quality red, white and sparkling wines, with grapes gathered from their Bardolino estate vineyards. Visit the winery and taste the wine in the cellars. Traditional lunch in a local restaurant. Free time to visit Bardolino.

In the afternoon drive along to another winery in Peschiera del Garda for further tasting.After the tasting we suggest a visit to beautiful little town centre of Peschiera del Garda and a walk along the lake. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

After breakfast, take the short drive to the city of Verona  and enjoy a guided excursion. Follow your guide through the old town and discover the best of Verona, including the Arena, the famous Roman amphitheatre, and stroll around the old cityand explore the magic of Medieval castle and the charming view of Juliet’s balcony as you wander at the romantic and enchanting streets of Verona. Visit inside the Arena which is one of the biggest open-air theatres in the world and declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO.Time at leisure to enjoy lunch on your own and, in the afternoon departure to Treviso area or Asiago.

Treviso → Dolomites → Treviso

Departure for the hills of the Belluno in the Dolomites to arrive at Bassano del Grappa, at the foot of Mount Grappa, where the River Brenta flows into the River Po. Wander across the famous Alpine bridge built by the architect Palladio in the 16th century. Enjoy Lunch at a typical Trattoria, a simple but delicious menu made from the local seasonal produce. Finish lunch and enjoy a very interesting tour of the Grappa Museum in the historical Grappa distillery. Taste some grappa and other local liqueursand spirits. Free time.

We suggest a visit also to the delightful city of Marostica, the city of Human Chess, wander around the old town centre and stop at the “La Casa Del Parmigiano” grocery store which sells over 200 different types of cheeses, olive oils, wines and the excellent cold cuts.

Drive to Padua, walk through the narrow streets of its old town, and admire the Renaissance grandeur of its main squares and the Byzantine domes of the St. Anthony shrine. Depart for Venice to arrive at Piazzale Roma, and drop off your car at Piazzale Roma, last point of land transport in the city. From there transfer to your hotel by private water taxi.

After breakfast, morning visit of Venice to explore the city: St Mark’s Square and Basilica,the Doge’s Palace and its marvellous rooms, rich in history and decorated by incredible masterpieces made by great artists such as Tiepolo and Tiziano.The Golden staircase will leave you speechless: this was the main entrance to the halls of power where the Doge decided the fate of the Republic! Cross the Bridge of Sighs and go through the dark Venetian prisons, where many important figures were imprisoned, including Giacomo Casanova.

What happens after Book Now?
  • Our team will contact our overseas suppliers and confirm all arrangements.
  • A Confirmation from our reservation system will be sent in the coming days.
  • The Booking Number on this confirmation supersedes the website reference.

Why do some packages not offer the ability to Book Now on the website?

If a package on our website does not include our Peace of Mind Booking Plan, it will not be available to Book Now.

Due to the boutique nature and limited capacity of some travel experiences offered, they have strict payment and cancellation policies. (e.g., a remote bear lodge in Canada with only a few cabins).

Although technically possible, we have decided that it is impractical for us to try and sell these type of travel services on-line. We believe it is important that such product is discussed, so that we can ensure these strict payment and cancellation policies are understood before we proceed with a booking.

For such product we may act as an agent only for the principal suppliers. Where we act as agent, your contract for the delivery of travel arrangements will be with the principal supplier and will be subject to their Booking Conditions.

We will advise you prior to confirming your booking if we are acting as agent and we will confirm the details of the principal supplier. Our responsibility to you where we sell travel arrangements as agent for the supplier is specified in the ‘Responsibility’ section of our Booking Conditions.

Can you book my international airfares?

Following customer feedback, we do not include international flights in our holiday packages.

We found that many customers may prefer:

  • To travel on specific airlines
  • Have the flexibility to book flights with Frequent Flyer points
  • Select flight dates that may be different to the package start/end dates
  • Use their travel agent for this service

However, we are able to assist, so please just notify us during the Book Now process or contact our team.

Should I take travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. During the Book Now process please confirm you require assistance, and our team will be in contact with you.

What should I do before travelling?

Before you travel it is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate documentation including visas. If you are travelling on a passport other than Australian or New Zealand, you will require a permit to re-enter Australia.
